Super Monkey Ball 2 | $7.99 | Review | Download

Super Monkey Ball 2

Super Monkey Ball 2 is SEGA’s follow-up to the popular rolling monkey series. Enhanced 3D graphics, a multiplayer mode, and vastly improved controls should go a long way toward mending fences with players who were frustrated with the original version.

Labyrinth 2 | $4.99 | Review | Download

While the original Labyrinth was strictly about avoiding the holes found throughout each level, Labyrinth 2 kicks it up a serious notch or two by incorporating tons of new devices, including bumpers, doors, fans, lasers, ball splitters, ball shrinkers, cannons, and plenty of other objects that increase the challenge, as well as the fun.

..™ | $0.99 | Review | Download

Like everything we’ve seen come out of ustwo’s London studio, this $0.99 game beams with polish and artistic flare. ..™ has shown us that ustwo is becoming one of the trendiest and progressive developers in the App Store.

GeoSpark | $0.99 | Review | Download

GeoSpark is a highly addictive pick-up-and-play game resulting from collaboration between Critical Thought Games (makers of the GeoDefense games) and Imangi Studios (makers of Harbor Master).  The terrific visuals, outstanding music, and simple concept create a force to be reckoned with, or at least played over and over and over again.

Inotia 2: A Wanderer of Luone | $7.99 | Review | Download

The RPG genre on the iDevice is becoming increasingly more crowded, but Inotia 2 is clearly making its case to be a leader and set a standard to which other RPGs must aspire. As this is a premium game, it demands the new premium price of $7.99. Inotia 2 contains all the glitz, glamour, and polish of a 5-Dimple triumph.

Starball | $0.99 | Review | Download

Superb tilt controls and an insatiable need to better our score have made Starball nearly impossible to put down.

Beat It! | $2.99 | Review | Download

We really liked how Beat It! built on an already successful formula by creating a game with a purpose, as opposed to just a noise-making app. At $2.99, we felt that this was a good value and worth plunking down the cash for the experience. Beat It! is a 5-Dimple toe-tapper.

Aztec Quest | $0.99 | Review | Download

This is one of the better versions of this game type that we’ve seen in the app store, with a beautiful editor and easy-to-download online levels. For $0.99, it’s hard to find fault with this game, other than the overly easy beginning levels. The user community levels more than make up for that. Aztec Quest flings a 5-Dimple marble into the diamond for the win.

Bridge Odyssey | $2.99 | Review | Download

There is certainly value in owning this game in addition to other bridge-building titles, if only to feed your craving for more bridge-building fun. Taken on its own accord, the solid and enjoyable gameplay earn Bridge Odyssey a 5-Dimple rating.

Ingenious | $1.99 | Review | Download

Ingenious is the latest of Dr. Reiner Knizia’s brilliant games to hit the iDevice. Mixing well-known elements from previous games with simple rules and a clean interface, it’s hard not to be engaged instantly by this challenging puzzler.

Tetryon | $1.99 | Review | Download

With a beautiful neon theme, a fresh and interesting rule set, and simple controls, this strategy-based game will quickly hook you with its terrific presentation.

iPirate | Free | Review | Download

Featuring plenty of upgradeables, frantic yet exciting battles, and simple controls, iPirate is a surprisingly polished game with great replay value.

Glyder 2 | $2.99 | Review | Download

Glyder 2 is the sequel to Glu Mobile’s popular personal flight game. Offering the same great soaring experience as the original, coupled with improved graphics, even more beautiful environments, and some fun new gaming challenges, anyone who was a fan of the original should feel right at home with this new version.
