[...] MyRoutes keeps track of a driver’s route history. When an address is entered, MobilNavigator will display three route choices. The first route is the Navigon’s selection of a preferred route. The other two are alternatives that may vary your time or mileage. This proved to be a nice way to change things up in our routine trips. As you can see in the screen shot, each route differs considerably in path but remains fairly consistent in ETA and miles. The cool factor comes in the fact that you may learn your usual route is not the optimal one. As expected, MyRoutes integrates well into the rest of the app and appropriately presents itself with vivid colors and clear selections. Those familiar with MobileNavigators paid add-on Traffic Live will see a similarity in the way MyRoutes displays alternative routes. Traffic Live brings similar route choices to the table when it recognizes traffic on your current route. We covered the Traffic Live feature here. [...]

[...] Navigon is using the Macworld Expo as a stage to announce their upcoming update to MobileNavigator. MobileNavigator won us over with it’s host of relevant features and early entry into the App Store. Since it’s initial release, the turn-by-turn GPS app has received significant updates pretty regularly. Our initial review covered the basic features and was followed up by our review of Navigon’s Traffic Live feature. [...]
