With summer here, being cooped up inside gaming on your phone might leave some with a guilty conscience or no social life to speak of.  The guys and gals over at Retronyms don’t want this to happen to you.  So, they’ve got an idea to get us all outside and into the social scene – all with iPhone in hand.

Introducing Seek ‘n Spell – a new outdoor iPhone gaming experience.  Seek ‘n Spell works off the iPhone’s GPS chip to create a scavenger hunt-like game. Players gather outside and race to collect letters displayed on their screens and scattered throughout the physical playing field.  The video below will give you a good idea of how it works.
